What are the check-in/check-out and opening hours of the hotel?

The Hotel is open 24/7. Check-in is from 1 p.m. and check-out is before noon.
When you arrive in the morning, we will happily store your luggage at reception.
We will contact you to inform you as soon as the room is ready.

Can I benefit from a late check-out?

A Late Check Out cannot be offered to you. However, we can keep your luggage at reception.

Is the room rate per person or per room?

The rate is for the room and not per person.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast (15 Euros per person) is not included in the room rate. It is extra.

It is served in your room or in the Breakfast Room from 7:30 a.m. to noon. You can, if you wish, only have coffee, tea or chocolate (3.50 Euros per person).

Is it possible to have a gluten/lactose-free breakfast?

It is entirely possible to order a gluten/lactose-free breakfast. We invite you to let us know your request before your arrival.

Is your establishment suitable for people with reduced mobility?

Our hotel has an elevator serving all floors. For people with reduced mobility, reception staff are available to facilitate their stay, firstly to accompany them to the room or respond to their requests. Staff are informed of their arrival.

 

How to specify a particular request?

Do not hesitate, in the “comments” box of your reservation request, to let us know your wishes. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Cancellation and modification conditions are included on your reservation confirmation. You can cancel your reservation either by email or on the software by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on your confirmation. The cancellation deadline is 48 hours to avoid a penalty of the amount of the first night.

Can I anticipate my departure during my stay?

We ask that you inform us of your early departure 48 hours in advance in order to avoid the cancellation penalty of the amount of one night.

What credit cards do you accept for payment?

Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, the hotel is completely non-smoking.

Is there an elevator in the hotel?

Our elevator serves the 6 floors as well as the Breakfast lounge (level -1)

Are the rooms large?

Our “interior courtyard” rooms are smaller than the “frontage” rooms.
We do not offer suites or connecting rooms.

Is it possible to accommodate 3 people in a double room for example?

All our rooms are double and therefore limited to 2 people.

Is there a direct line in the room?

You can make calls from your room.

 

Do any rooms have a balcony?

We have 6 front rooms with balconies. They are in high demand.
Priority is given to stays longer than 4 nights.
However, we will do everything possible to satisfy your request.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

Hotel rooms remain strictly limited to 2 people.
We cannot offer an extra bed.

How much does a taxi cost from the airport?

From CDG airport, count 56 euros. From Orly, 44 euros.

What is the closest metro station to your hotel?

2 stations, a stone’s throw from the hotel: Saint-Paul and Hôtel de Ville (served by line 1)

Is there a taxi rank near the hotel?

2 stations within walking distance: at the Saint Paul Metro and at the corner of rue de Rivoli opposite the Town Hall.
